Our Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund. You keep the product — no need to ship anything back.

To request a refund, reach out to us at support@lwya.com with your order number and a brief note about what wasn't working for you. That's it.

Refunds

Once we receive your request, we'll process your refund promptly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company. If you haven't seen it after 10 business days, email us at support@lwya.com and we'll look into it.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund. This will always be clearly noted in the product title or description before you purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@lwya.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll take care of it right away.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
