For precise areas like around the nose and eyes, use a smaller brush to apply the foundation with more control.

The solution is to warm the foundation by rolling the head of the foundation along the back of your hand a few times, because this softens it and makes it easier to apply to your skin.

What is the best way to blend the foundation stick into my skin?

Foundation sticks tend to blend better with a brush versus your fingers or even a sponge. The solution is to use a dense buffing brush like our Gone In A Swipe Foundation Brush which won’t hog the foundation and will help it to blend into your skin nicely.

How much product should I use?

It’s best not to use your stick foundation all over your face, as it can be too thick. For a perfect application, start with a thin line down your nose, across your cheeks and along your hairline. Use your brush to blend the foundation from your nose outwards and you will achieve a flawless application.

How do I use the foundation stick for the first time?

For first time use, we recommend applying a bit of product on the back of your hand. This will warm up the formula making it extra creamy. Then, using a dense foundation brush, a beauty sponge or your fingers, pick up the formula from your hand and apply it to the desired area. Tap the product into the skin and watch it disappear! For more coverage or product, repeat as needed.

I have textured skin - can I use this foundation?

Of course! We recommend stippling the foundation into the skin. Not familiar with stippling? Rub a dense foundation brush onto the stick to pick up the product. Then tap the brush into the skin! Repeat as needed to achieve the desired coverage you're looking for!

I have oily skin - will this work for me?

Yes! We do, however, recommend setting the foundation (loose or pressed powder works) to lock it in.
